If your ads on iJoomla Ad Agency are not being displayed, then follow these steps to figure out what the problem is.

1) Always check to see if the Ad Agency Zone module is installed.

If the Zone module isn't installed, your ads won't display.

2) Do you have an active zone?

Go to: <yoursite.com>/administrator/index.php?option=com_adagency&controller=adagencyZones

Check there to see if your zones are published or not.
Also, check if the module is set to show on "special" or "registered" only !

3) Did you create a campaign? Is it active? Does it have ads assigned?

Go to: <yoursite.com>/administrator/index.php?option=com_adagency&controller=adagencyCampaigns

Check to see if there are any campaigns. If so, check to see if the campaigns are approved & active (not paused, not expired).
Then look at the "Banners" column on the right hand side of the page. If under the "Banners" field you will see "0" that means you haven't assigned any ads to that campaign!

Then click on the campaign(s) to take you in the 'edit campaign page' and see if the "Duration" field is negative. If it's negative, it means the campaign didn't start and will start in the future. (For ex. if the "Duration" is "-2 hours" that means the campaign will start in 2 hours)

4) Are the ads assigned to my campaign approved?

Go to: <yoursite.com>/administrator/index.php?option=com_adagency&controller=adagencyAds

There check to see if the ads assigned to your campaign are approved.
